ADIA, Mubadala, PIF and QIA invested billions in India's telecom, retail, renewable and infrastructure platforms. Family offices are now following with direct, controlled exposure. India offers the scale of China a decade ago with the rule of law, a common-law court system and treaties written for Gulf capital.
GDP above US$4 trillion, growth of 6 to 7 percent a year forecast to 2030, and the world's largest working-age population.
The UAE–India CEPA and 2024 bilateral investment treaty, double-tax treaties with five GCC states, and GIFT City's international finance centre.
GIFT City lets you invest and exit in US dollars with tax holidays, while owning Indian assets priced in a growing economy.
Pre-IPO stakes, infrastructure concessions, logistics parks and data centres rarely reach public markets. Access is through relationships on the ground.
We work with a small number of Gulf families and institutions. Every mandate is bespoke, every opportunity is diligenced independently, and we are compensated for performance, not product placement.
Non-disclosure agreements before any discussion, no public references, and a single senior partner as your point of contact.
Legal, tax and commercial due diligence by independent Indian firms, with a written investment memorandum before any commitment.
Musharaka and asset-backed structures reviewed by a Sharia board, for families that require it.

Capital moves only through regulated channels, into assets held in your name or your vehicle, with legal opinions, escrow and an agreed exit before commitment.
SEBI-registered managers, IFSCA-licensed GIFT City funds, RBI-authorised banks and RERA-registered developers only.
FDI, FPI and IFSC routes selected so that capital and returns can be repatriated to the Gulf lawfully.
Independent legal opinion, title search and escrow on every property or private transaction before funds move.
India–GCC double-tax treaties and GIFT City exemptions applied so income is not taxed twice.

We meet families and institutions in person across the six GCC states.

Foreign direct investment is permitted under the automatic route in most sectors, GIFT City funds accept Gulf investors in US dollars, and portfolio investment is available through registered foreign portfolio investors.
